Need an article on the "Unsupported RTS Type" error message that occurs when the robot is still booted into FW version 0.9.0 when he is activated on the Escape Pod.

Would appreciate even a rudimentary page on this. I am stuck on trying to activate my Vector. Keep getting "unsupported message for this RTS type". Tried with both OSKR and prod firmware.

As a really quick fix, make sure you're in firmware recovery mode when you're trying to upload firmware to the robot from the Pod. This error is encountered when you try to load firmware from the Pod while your robot is booted into standard firmware. When you initially connect to the Pod to load firmware, you should see "0.9.0" at the top right of the Onboarding screen, indicating that Vector is in Recovery mode. If you see "1.6.3331" or "1.8.6021", then he's not booted into recovery mode and he won't be able to load the firmwares from the Pod.

Thanks for the quick response. But sorry. No dice. I see 0.9.0 and still am getting the error. This happens when trying to activate. Loading the firmware seems to have worked ok. And I am pretty sure it was showing 0.9.0 then as well.
I'll create a separate ticket as this is not really the place for it.

Before loading the firmware it should show 0.9.0- after loading the firmware it will show 1.7.3.6016- that is the firmware you want to be booted into when you press the Activate Your Robot button.
