Current instructions in the readme for v2 do not cover important use cases.

Building a standalone versioned production docker image, that will not depend on dev setup, but still be fully configurable.
A proper development setup with incremental compilation that will not require restarting the docker container with every change.
SSL certificate setup.

Additionally there are some local changes not related to configuration files in the current deployment of the metaverse.vircadia.com/live.
