Unlocking password-protected devices with auto-fill no longer works on iOS 16 #31
Comments
That's odd. Just tried it myself without any problems. Can you send me the Error Log file which gets created when clicking "Report a problem"? |
Upgraded to iOS 16.1 and still does not work. It just sits and does nothing when I press Confirm. I will attempt to extract some manner of error logging. |
The error log just says “null”shelly home error log |
So I tried to put it in manually and it looks like it might be a problem with Microsoft Authenticator. When I copy and paste the user name and password it works. When I use auto fill it does not work. |
This feature previously worked on iOS 15, I wonder if they changed how auto fill works in 16. |
That really is odd. I will try and see what iOS does on autofill. Seems like my popup thinks nothing is filled in, that's why confirm does not work. |
When i enter my username and password and hit confirm, nothing happens when logging into/unlocking password protected devices. Worked prior to upgrading to iOS 16.
