Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The app has not been designed with screen reader compatibility in mind.
The following issues have been reported:

- In a run, the settings for the run are announced simply as a button.
- The previous items in the run are not findable? Only the edit buttons are selected, and they’re all announced as “edit”.
- When there are multiple bullet points in a thought entry, each of them is separately a list with one item. They should all be items in the same list.
- W/D/M/C and LT is not verbalized at all!
- The W/D/M/C and LT buttons are not accessible by tab or orca’s form navigation (although I might be missing a feature)
- The headings are <h6>, which I think is misleading; they should be <h2>

Describe the solution you'd like
Fix those screen reader issues.
