[New Feature] 多语言版本的文档不完善。动态插值之类的操作都没有说明

What problem does this feature solve?

1、目前在封装请求的js中要使用多语言来输出“请求中”、“网络错误”等统一的信息，但文档中只说明了在vue组件中使用mixin的方法。
2、中文：string: '请输入 {{config}} 位字符'; 英文：string: 'Please input {{config}} characters.'。如何使用插值，没有相关文档说明。在开发过程中，需要用到动态插值无法实现
