What problem does this feature solve?

横向slide，每个slideitem嵌套一个竖向scroll，在这种模式下，slide切换动画未完成前进行上下滑动操作，slide会进行一次额外的切换。此时如果在动画未完成前一直进行上下滑动操作，会出现疯狂闪频的现象。

What does the proposed API look like?
