Redistribute some functionality between the different parsers and the lexers
Make an actual type for indirect objects and iterate over them at top level of document
Use iterators instead of inscrutable inheritable hierarchies wherever possible

Congratulations, it also seems to be another 10% faster

FIXME: probably should not call it recursively!
