Patch resource may bring errors when applied to some files

When I was testing the install of a patch to wings_frame.beam today I got these messages when I just restarted Wings3D:

10:29:36: can't open file 'c:/Users/1200609/AppData/Local/Wings3D/2.2.5/patches/wings_icon_379x379.png' (error 2: the system cannot find the file specified.)
10:29:36: Failed to load image from file "c:/Users/1200609/AppData/Local/Wings3D/2.2.5/patches/wings_icon_379x379.png".

Maybe in cases of loading images we should to make the code to look for the path where Wings3D's was installed instead of use the current location of the .beam module.
