@cmlaird This is currently an ETL Layer for CloudTAK: https://github.com/dfpc-coe/etl
It's not currently possible to setup these layers without a full CloudTAK deploy into an AWS Cloud Environment.
If you are interested in help setting up CloudTAK I'm happy to schedule a call.

If you work for an agency in Colorado let me know and we can set this up via COTAK
