Downloading a geojson file devseed.com/dirty-reprojectors-app/ and uploading it to mapbox.com fails right now.

First, all files fail for including a crs property.

Second, the rivers file in the Robinson projection fails because either a linestring or multilinestring contains a coordinates array of length 1.

There may be more validation issues in other projections that I haven't encountered.

These two issues keep outputs from working out of the box, and we should fix them to pass Mapbox validation.
