I want to use video capture card like:
Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro MK.2 - PCIe 3.0 x4
Cam Link 4K

... to stream a video comming from HDMI input (local TV channel - showing lobby camera) and push it to a remote ios application with low latency (possibly using push notification and WebRTC application). Can you help me understand how can I use this video source programmatically.
