Kindly clarify the following doubts regarding zatca e invoice phase 2

1.Invoice counter value (ICV in ubl) is same sequence or different sequence for Tax invoice, credit note and debit notes ?
2.PIH should be taken document type wise or not(tax invoice,credit note,debit note) ?
3.Is there any order for submitting invoices based on invoice counter value?
