Available Exams page improvements

open this url /availableexams.form
One link is there to create paper.
Attached screenshot.
CreatePaper is not highlighting, need to change this text to a button and move it to the left hand side. Need to add space in the column names like PaperName (Paper name), CreatedAtDate.
JSP file name is availableexams.jsp,
integrate this page with the twitter bootstrap, twitter bootstrap files and folder are already present in "/resources/bootstrap" folder.
Title is also missing in this page.

I am not able to open the above mentioned url
/availableexams.form. The file which I downloaded from github
repository also does not contains any useful info about the website.
So please guide me on this.

equations.
