problema di risoluzione con camera Touptek ATR16000

Buongiorno Mattia,

La camera in oggetto viene riconosciuta senza problemi da AstroArch soltanto che la risoluzione non è quella che dovrebbe essere. Abbiamo soltanto 1536x1106 mentre la sua risoluzione dovrebbe essere 4656x3520. Il driver in questione è toupcam, che riconosce perfettamente la camera. Abbiamo provato anche ad aggiornare il driver ma nulla da fare.
Dove potrebbe essere il problema?

The camera in question is recognized without any issues by AstroArch; however, the resolution is not what it should be. We only have 1536x1106, whereas its resolution should be 4656x3520. The driver in use is toupcam, which recognizes the camera perfectly. We also tried updating the driver, but it didn’t help.
Where could the problem be?
