User Stories

As a VFS team member,
I need someone to respond to my support requests I submit through the Platform Website footer,
So I can get the answers I need to questions I have.

As a Platform team content SME,
I need assistance from the Platform Content team to help write content for the Platform website,
So that I know the content is following the style guide and using best practices.

As a Platform Content team member,
I need to review all support requests about the Platform website,
So that our team can respond to the customer and help troubleshoot issues as needed.

Acceptance Criteria

• All new tickets in the support tickets board will reviewed Monday-Friday for any new requests
• All new incoming tickets are acknowledged to the customer and the Platform Content team will decide on next steps for them.
