Acceptance Criteria

Save interesting DataDog metrics. Target store location: https://dvagov.sharepoint.com/:f:/r/sites/vaabdvro/Shared%20Documents/VRO%20-%20Virtual%20Regional%20Office?csf=1&web=1&e=Hqixjs
- Consider "interesting" as in, if the service is brought back to life by a different group, they might want to know "things" about the services use case.
Remove DataDog monitors
Delete the DataDog dashboard for the service.

BLOCKED BY:

pending completion of BIE: Remove Argo CD deployments #3762

NOTE:
Might not be any metrics of interest. If this is the case, we can just delete the DataDog resources for the service.
