Assessment ID's with spaces can break statements #24

Assessment ID's are user friendly ID's and can contain spaces. LRS's return 400 errors e.g.

Activity ID 'https:/example.co.uk/api/myai#/assessment/Assessment - with spaces 1' is not an absolute URI
