Add option to prevent user closing connection alert for initialisation errors #14

If a connection error occurs during plugin initialisation listeners are not setup. A warning is given but if the user cancels the alert and continues completion statements are not sent to the LRS.

It would be good to have the option to prevent the user closing the "connection lost" notify alert for initialisation errors only.
