Security Update: Bumped dependencies that use LedgerConnector due to security vulnerability
This commit addresses a security vulnerability in the project by updating the following packages:
📦 viem from version 1.6.7 to 1.19.15: This update is a preventative measure to mitigate potential security risks. There is no evidence of an actual attack right now.
📦 wagmi from version 1.3.10 to 1.4.12: This update patches a known attack vector in the wagmi package using the affected Ledger library.

Additionally, the yarn.lock file has been updated to reflect the changes in package versions.
This PR Will disable all Ledger actions on the wagmi wallet
It is highly recommended to merge this PR promptly.
