Subject: [PATCH] chore(docs): add contact links to issue selector

This change updates the issue selector with contact links for bug
reports and feature requests. As noted in the project README new issues
or requests should be submitted to
https://defenseunicorns.com/contactus,
as the issue tracker is not being actively monitored at this time.
