CONTEXT: Trying to parse through unit testing examples

PROBLEM: in the base test /php/classes/Test/DataDesignTest lines 36- 46 offer a lot of confusion, and remove the general utility of documenting! The state variable $VALID_PROFILE_AVATAR_URL has duplicate doc-block from the previous variable $VALID_ATHANDLE2.
