Annotate Route params

When working with nested route groups with params on group level it would be very nice to have the ability so describe these in more detail. See below example, I would like to add a description and example for {locale} but currently would have to describe this for every method in every controller.

I would love to register a route parameter binding with description in the AppServiceProvider or similar, or simply annotate the route group directly.
