After implementing #13 , Another 1e7 coins are distributed to new members in the following manner:

• once per day, every attendee can sign up a new member that will get half of what attendees got in the party
• the reward for these new members divides by 2 every time the number of new members is a multiple of the attendees
• new members get a pop-token like attendees and can sign up other new members, but only after one day
• the total of all coins for all new members will not be more than 1e7
• new members will not be eligible for node-voting
