Describe the bug
Sometimes when forking a scratch, the fork isn't created immediately or the page isn't updated to the new scratch immediately causing the user to fork again which creates multiple forks.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Fork a scratch?

Expected behavior
Forking should update the page faster so it doesn't seem like the action hasn't been done.
