This is mostly a question for the developers, but I would also love to hear thoughts from other users as well.
I have machines running MacOS, FreeBSD and Windows all set up with Barrier. I love being able to share the mouse and keyboard between them, but the one feature that I really need to complete my setup is the abilty to drag applications from one system to another as if they were one device with three monitors.
This could be done using X11 forwarding or similar backends (MacOS and Windows might be dificult without third party tools and Wayland is a whole new can of worms, but it could be done lol). What are your thoughts on implementing a feature like this and if not, then maybe a plugin/addon system to allow others to extend it's functionality without completely forking it?
I'm no expert in programming, but I would absolutely fork Barrier to implement this if I have to. That said, I really don't want to replace Barrier in any way, only add this one feature to compliment the amazing work that you guys have put into this!
