idealclass doesn't properly work with multiple classes, even though it says it does in Radiant #6

So it seems if I add multiple classes to the idealclass key, it won work in the compiled map.

Fixed (edit: commit SHA missing from this post...?)
Also fixes idealclass for spawnpoints. I believe that is every instance of idealclass. Future enhancement could be adding idealclass support to more types of entities? (siege item carrying, item pickups, emplaced guns, etc?)

Using substr seemed to bug out, and debug messages indicated weird variance in class name (for example spaces or letters that had their case changed). Should try again at some point to fix this.
