Describe the bug
My custom conditions are continually being overwritten with defaults with 'delete custom conditions' enabled. System is applying default conditions instead of CUB conditions (e.g. concentration).

After shutting down and reloading the world, default conditions appear again in token controls and Token Action HUD.

Delete default conditions doesn't seem to be working correctly under D&D5e & FoundryVTT v10 - both latest as of 2/1/23.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Customize conditions and save mappings.
  2. From the mapping type dropdown, view default conditions, but don't make changes.
  3. Flip back to custom conditions.
  4. Custom conditions have been replaced with default ones.

Expected behavior
Custom conditions should be retained, default conditions should be removed.

I'm experiencing the same issue.
My foundry version is same (as OP) but my D&D 5e is not. (using 2.0.3). I also have same CUB version as OP.
refreshing the tab brings back the default conditions and removed my custom ones. I cannot seem to get it to have both custom and default ones no matter what I do.
