It would be helpful if I could have the bars all on the initiative board not reveal the hit points of everyone that is hovered over. I find it leads to Meta gaming from the players when they know what a monsters exact hit points are.
I would suggest making a permissions setting where you can go from [None - Owner] or [Allied - Hostile] and to be able to reveal hit points when hovering over the bar. That way, you can keep the aesthetic and functionality of the bar without revealing exact hit points for creatures you wouldn't want revealed.
