I'm working on building deal.II and wondering why deactivated packages are automatically considered for building.
For instance, I'd like to skip pre-installed packages. So, I commented them out, but candi.sh still tried to install them.
My system is CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core) but I found everything is fine on my Ubuntu machine.
