Windows alternative?

I was just wondering if anyone here has something similar to this that works on Microsoft Windows (10/11)

I tried windows-terminal-quake, but I found that it would often close for random reasons, and it was just hard to use in general.
I also have tried the windows terminal built in quake mode, and not having an animation hurts my eyes (I have a concussion, flashing lights are annoying), as well as the fact that the keybind isn't configurable, it isn't transparent, and it doesn't work on boot (you have to open WT and hit the shortcut first)
I use ddterm on linux, and I absolutely love it. Something like this would be great.
