HTTPS breaks HPM #127

With HTTPS enabled on the hub, if you try to add package manager it fails with the following error:

Unexpected Error
An unexpected error has occurred trying to load the app. Check Logs for more information.
Error: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

In the logs:

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target on line 2897 (prefSettings)
