I'll try bumping the Node and Elixir versions and see if I have an issue deploying. I have a github action to automatically deploy to fly, so I'll see the results there.

It looks like the Dockerfile might have also changed:

There should be a couple more steps after copying assets over before running mix assets.deploy, like running npm ci

Can you verify you didn't adjust the Dockerfile?

Ah, I think Fly uses a default Dockerfile when one is not present, and it seems you renamed Dockerfile to Dockerfile.old. You'll need to keep the Dockerfile intact.
