Please, note:
- different folders are used throughout the manuscript (e.g. "temp_data"). These folders should exist on your computer.
- data sets of rivers, land use etc. cannot be provided here. Please contact the authors if you have any questions
- the scripts for plotting are suggestions of plots. you might want different plots and your data might look very different...
