dinitcheck needs to support service arguments, eg

depends-on = name@arg

is not correctly recognised.

Similarly dinitctl should respond correctly in certain cases where an argument is supplied. Eg "dinitctl enable" should not accept an argument in the "from" service and should ignore the argument when trying to find the service file for the "to" service.
