3.b) Actually tag:
E.g. for 3.4.0: svn copy https://svn.bsc.es/repos/ptools/extrae/trunk https://svn.bsc.es/repos/ptools/extrae/tags/3.4/3.4.0
** If this wasn't done at the previous release step.
4) Specific issues:
- Make sure the nanos/mercurium team tests the package if applies.
5) Generate binary packages using the buildfarm script
- this makes sure that the package will compile at least on our environment -
- also compile for:
MN3 (need to upgrade module, use scripts from /apps/CEPBATOOLS/scripts)
MT (need to upgrade module, use scripts from /apps/CEPBATOOLS/scripts)
bscpower8n1 (installation in /apps/CEPBATOOLS/extrae, use $EXTRAE_HOME/etc/configured.sh as reference)
MB (MB sysadmins handle this)
6) Copy the documentation and add it to the buildfarm output to publish it in the webpage
7) Upload binary packages to:
http://www.bsc.es/ssl/apps/performanceTools/admin/index.php
Upload Extrae documentation (in both HTML & PDF formats) to:
