Adding quiet zone

I need to add the quiet zone to the image generated so that if I download, it should have a quiet zone around it. Please help to resolve this issue.

I have also had the same kind of experience that Non quiet zone QRCode can't read.
QRCode needs 4 cells space as quiet zone.

I guess that need to decide to 'add a parameter to include quiet zone' or 'we shoud make quiet zone in the coller script'.

In view of my position, I think that quiet zone adding is useful because this library can use alone also.

Thanks again @chrisblakley, I don't think @davidshimjs the owner of this repo is taking pull requests. Of course anyone can certainly use my fork marcdurham/qrcodejs of this repo, although I don't have the time or JavaScript skills to maintain it either, but the quiet zone works. Anyone can also copy the few lines I changed into their own fork, if you look at my pull request. #225
