The word 'bequem' is transliterated to 'ベqウエム', Romaji 'buemu'.

The site https://www.sljfaq.org/cgi/e2k.cgi transliterates it 'ベクェム', which in Romaji (Simplified Hepburn) spells 'bekemu'.

I've added a macro to treat q as k.

This results in transliterating bequem to ベクエム (bekuemu).

That is slightly different from your suggestion ベクェム (bekemu), but maybe even better?

Looks better, but I really don't know the details of Romaji. AFAIK 'u' is silent in Japanese.
