It should be possible for simple files to be saved as EPUB, possibly something beyond EPUB 3.1 if we don't want to reserialize HTML (and we don't).

This is now in progress. I'm generating an OPF, and zipping as per OCF, more or less. Resulting books seem to open in iBooks and Readium, but have significant issues.
