Si se consulta una serie diaria cuyo time_index_start es un año bisiesto (1° de Enero), y se le pide percent_change_a_year_ago, y un limit=2, devuelve un único valor.

Problema: bug encontrado con datos de tests, desconocemos si contamos con alguna serie en la base que cumpla estas condiciones.
