yarn的标签调度应该只支持容量调度器，在使用容量调度器情况下，
com.datasophon.api.service.impl.ClusterInfoServiceImpl中saveCluster时
创建默认标签default的目的是什么呢，会导致这个default标签分配之后无法使用，因为yarn初始化并没有创建这个标签
而且创建默认队列的nodeLabel字段为''，这会导致开启yarn标签配置后提交任务失败，因为这个也不存在
