It would be nice to be able to send out forms to users. For example, it might be nice to send out feedback forms for everyone who attended a samrep. It should also be possible to send forms to groups or whole shows. We could then show a notification for users to answer the form, and perhaps also send an email? (or slack notification?)

Needs to have support for anonymity.

Would be nice to be able to export form answers to Google Sheets! (cool feature)
