Bug Report

Description

When attempting to insert an entry which a duplicate primary key, the follow error is presented:

(1265, "Data truncated for column 'sex' at row 1")

Reproducibility

Include:

  • OS: MAC OS Big Sur 11.5.2 (20G95)
  • DataJoint LabBook Version : Front End Version: 0.1.0 Back End Version: 0.1.0

Expected Behavior

DuplicateError: ("Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY'", 'To ignore duplicate entries in insert, set skip_duplicates=True')
