Downloading workers just froze

I'm looking for download speed and it doesn't change last two days. prep monitor shows the same picture all time. Looks like something wrong with workers. How to kill them and reboot?

Solution is:
ps aux | grep singularity
then kill singularity daemon process,
then reboot it.
