plugin doesn't load properly in cdap 5.1.0 - It is not shown in the UI #41

Hi,

I have created the plugin locally from development branch on my computer with mvn install package and uploaded it to CDAP 5.1.0

The upload process is completed with no errors.

The problem: The plugin is not shown in the UI.

When I deploy an older version from the hub the plugin exists in the UI, but with version 1.8.2

@chtyim can you please assist?
