Smart Contract for Unis Discipline Management

1. factory - a main contract for deployment.
2. token - a contract that represents each uni and stores its disciplines and matches

Scenarios

Initialization and working with the Factory contract

Step 1: Build the contract

cargo build --target wasm32-unknown-unknown --profile testnet --features testnet

Step 2: Deploy the factory contract

near dev-deploy target/wasm32-unknown-unknown/testnet/factory.wasm

Step 3: Initialize the factory contract
