When I run

gradle build

I get:

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

Where:
Build file 'xxxxxxxxxx\liquify\build.gradle' line: 8
What went wrong:
A problem occurred evaluating root project 'liquify'.

Failed to apply plugin [class 'com.github.jengelman.gradle.plugins.shadow.ShadowJavaPlugin']
Could not create task of type 'ShadowJar'.
