Can't submit a DApp on Firefox

@iamonuwa this is another bounty issue for you that I need looked at ASAP...

On Firefox, both locally and on https://dev.dap.ps with my MetaMask connected to Ropsten, I can't submit a DApp. Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://dev.dap.ps with Firefox
2. Scroll to bottom and click 'Submit a DApp"
3. Click through first 2 screens - the explainer and the terms & conditions.
4. When you click 'Get Started', the modal screen just disappears, no console errors or anything.

My only useful guess is that this crept in somehow when we updated to web3 1.2.4 but I can't really imagine why, nor do I know how to fix that easily 😞

Can confirm that this is only a Firefox issue - Brave, Chrome and Status work fine.

@iamonuwa I am also on 72.0.1 and can definitely reproduce, even after a full restart etc. Can you try reproducing locally, instead of just on dev.dap.ps ?

Same for localhost. I can't reproduce it. Am moving to the ipfs issue. Everything looks good here
