In parts of alchemy, they make use of nested where filters. For example: https://github.com/daostack/alchemy/blob/b91276ebe8ec1772dea088896c3e82c58b1016e5/src/components/Dao/DaoHistoryPage.tsx#L133

This should be possible through the use of .state({...}) or .search({...}). An example usage may look like:

Proposal.search({ votes: { where: { ... } } })
