Tiling effect on Weekly Calendars for Overlapping events #1998

A customer mentioned that he would like to see more of a tiling effect, similar to Google Calendar when events that start at different times overlap with their end time. See the example below:

If the next event should occur within the main event but not close enough to the main event start time to require significant tiling (sharing 50% of with or 33% in cases of 3 events) tile a very small amount (5%).

Some more notes. It appears when events start within 30 minutes of the last start time we do shift this as you can see below:

However, this still looks better when viewed on Google Calendar:

The idea is to make these overlapping events stick out a bit more within our Calendar logic.
