Comportamiento actual

Al utilizar /acceso dar @nombreusuario el comando falla indicando que el usuario no existe aunque sí exista y tenga la cuenta vinculada correctamente.

Comportamiento deseado

Al utilizar un nombre de usuario con arroba, el bot debería eliminar la arroba para poder utilizar tanto nombreusuario como @nombreusuario
